ALOHA (an bfhuil cad a dul a mhaith) keep up the training & be consistent just like money in the bank. I was a big fan of magnum p.i. until I found out he didnt own all that stuff, anyway I trained in boxing, wado ryu karate, yoga & some aikido & read about muay thai, kickboxing (amer'& euro'). I find that instead of MMA clubs to train in trad' styles & than to discover what works for you & be the originator of your own way & thus the path will be more rewarding

Howzit everyone, We are still alive (barely) in Brazil. We are almost out of money so we cut off Brandon's legs and are having him beg for money. We did pretty terrible at the tournament here are the brief results: Brandon - lost by 2 advantages, Reyn - lost by 10 points, Bobby - lost by kimura, Malcolm (weight class)- won two (points forearm choke), lost the 3rd by points (absolute) - lost by points in his first match, Mike - lost by back choke, Chris - Lost by 2 points (throw). There were some bad asses in the purple. Daniel Moraes beats Marcio Feitosa. Fredson Paixao got triangled (right after beating Fredson Alves). Soca loses in the finals. Jacare won his weight class and open (in brown). Terere won his class. Pe de Pano beat Roger Gracie in the finals of absolute.

Thanks for the comments on the tournament. I was also very impressed with Team Ground Zero. Congratulations! We tried our hardest to start the tournament on time. In fact, as stated in our news post, Chris, Todd, and I did not sleep at all on Friday night and had everything ready and was waiting for Cooper in the lobby of the hotel promptly at 7:30 AM. We were supposed to be there by 8:00 at the latest and have all the bracket corrections done and start the tournament on time. So, I don't want to blame anyone in particular, but we were not at fault with the tournament running late. Plus, we are all from Hawaii and we have something we call Hawaiian time which is always late so we were fighting genetics. We are not sure if we will be help running the Arnolds. We busted our asses and basically did it for free. I am sick as a dog because of the lack of sleep.

My team mates and I compeated this past weekend at the Relson Gracie US National's in Columbus, Ohio. I would just like to say thank you for bringing an large scale Tourny to the mid-west. I am all for the growth of our sport and support it when ever I have the chance. It is hard to find an event that is worth driving 3 hours to. Once you get there, you only get to roll with people that actually have know idea what BJJ is about. I train with Team Ground Zero, and I know I spek for all of us when I say that "We cant wait till the Arnolds!" We all did farily well this weekend. I won the Gold in both the Super Heavy Weight (white belt) & the Open (white belt), Bryan Atterson won the Gold in the 160-173lbs. (white belt), Ashly Lockwood got Silver in the Masters (blue belt) 214lbs. - up & Masters Open, and Tim Dulap got the Bornze in the Masters (blue belt) 174lbs. - 188lbs. The one thing I would like to see is for it to START ON TIME. Both the Arnolds in March and the Relson's last October were late. Just a little FYI. Team Ground Zero "I will win the crowd. I will give them something they have never seen before!" - Maxiamus

My style is Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and I train at the Relson Gracie Academy in Honolulu. This is a great site, guys. Very interesting and informative. However, my suggestion would be to have a Hawaiian Hot girl of the day. This would greatly enhance the attractiveness of the site. Just some beautiful wahines that are nice and tan in bathing suits or without. More pictures of anything would be recommended, too, i.e. (fights, tournaments, etc.) Keep up the excellent work! HJB
